About Me

I have a scientific background with a First Class Honours Degree in Medical Sciences, specialising in Physiology and Pharmacology, (the study of how drugs interact with our bodies to produce a change in function). I also worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry for 30 years, gaining knowledge of drug development, toxicology and adverse drug reactions, commonly known as side effects.  

 

 

Why I chose Homeopathy

18 years ago I developed constant allergy symptoms. With no conventional cure, it was either steroids and antihistamines for life or suffer the symptoms. Knowing the long term impact of these drugs, I wanted a natural alternative to improving my health and my Consultant’s subsequent referral for homeopathic treatment has changed my life dramatically.  I then went on to complete 4 years training at the North West College of Homeopathy and set up my own Homeopathic practice in Norley, Frodsham and Machynlleth, Mid Wales.
I am a Registered Member of the Society of Homeopaths and hold the Society’s clinical insurance.
